To start an online return, you can contact us at bellcollective23@gmail.com Once you have contacted us we will contact you back directly to help find a solution.
Exchange Policy
We gladly accept exchanges on regular price items that are still in their original condition (new, all tags attached, unwashed and unworn).
All exchanges need to be returned within 10 days of purchasing and you will be issued with store credit to the value of your original purchase.
The costs of the return postage is at the customers expense.
Refund Policy
We only offer Refunds on faulty/damaged products, not change of mind.
For online returns, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your items, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method plus the postage cost incurred to send back to Bell Collective.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately, we cannot give refunds on gift cards.
